At Chocolate Craft, your total satisfaction is important to us. The following terms and conditions reflect our commitment to providing you with a high quality service.

Buying Our Chocolates
When you purchase using our online store, you will be directed at checkout to Barclaycard who securely handle our online transactions. Please ensure that you enter all your details correctly as we cannot accept responsibility for any orders held back due to incorrect details being given. You will recieve a confirmation of your order by email.
Shipping and Handling
The cost of postage and packaging is calculated according to weight and will be shown at checkout. Within the UK we use First Class Royal Mail post. We do not currently deliver outside the UK.
Delivery
We will normally dispatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of your order, however we cannot be held responsible for failures in the delivery system. We suggest that at busy times such as Christmas, Valentines Day and Easter you order in good time to ensure delivery.
Substitutions
We normally have all our items in stock but occasionally it may be necessary to substitute items. We will always try to contact you if this is the case and you may cancel your order if you are not happy with our proposed substitution. If we cannot contact you, we will substitute with a similar or higher value item.
Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us and we will either send you a replacement or provide you with a complete refund. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time, up until 12 noon on the day you have requested that it is despatched. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 01962 732731.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing and return the complete packaged item(s) to the address above.
Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to Chocolate Craft and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you send it back. We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
We never disclose information about our customers to third parties other than those details that are required in order to make a purchase. If you have registered for our newsletter or made a purchase, we will from time to time send you information about our products and services. If you no longer wish to receive this information you can unsubscribe using the command on the email.
Prices
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Delivery charges are based on the weight of goods purchased and are shown at checkout.
